Healing Past Pain
Do you feel hurt, scared, lonely or ashamed when you think about a relationship with a family member, partner, past partner, friend, or colleague?
When we carry unprocessed pain, it can influence the way we relate to ourselves and others. We may find ourselves in a continuous state of nervous system activation, or we may find it challenging to trust people (including ourselves).
We work with individuals that are longing to heal from the pain generated during past or present relationships. We have found that tremendous healing is possible, even if you do not engage the other person(s) in the process.
Pursuing this type of healing is a profound gift to the world, as it often empowers us to show up more fully in every aspect of our life.
